JOB OVERVIEW

Our Web Developers are responsible for building customer websites according to established coding and production standards. We are looking for talented, energetic candidates with careful attention to detail and extensive experience translating designs into websites using HTML and CSS.

Skills and Requirements:
— Degree in Computer and Software related fields
— Preferably with 2 years or more of front-end dev experience
— Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
— Proficient in MySQL
— Knowing different JS Frameworks is a plus but not required
— Experience in API integration
— Knowledgeable in web hosting administration (Cpanel, DNS management, Migration, FTP setup and management)
— Good understanding of partial page updates, and AJAX
— Experience with image editing tools to be able to crop, resize, for minor image adjustments (i.e, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva experience a plus)
— Good understanding of SEO principles
— Solid experience in WordPress (building pages, maintaining blogs, etc.)
— Knowledgeable in Page speed optimization (Page speed insights and GT Metrix)
— Excellent debugging and optimization skills in technical SEO using tools such as SEMrush and Yoast SEO
— Other programming languages such ---------- , Python, and C# are a bonus.
— Experience with other platforms such as Clickfunnel
— Knowledgeable in Google Tools (Analytics, Console, Webmasters)
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— Effective communication skills and creative English writing skills, with attention to grammar
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Punctuality
— Teamwork and collaboration skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tool

Duties and Responsibilities:
— Designing, building, and managing the website, including:
1. Wireframing websites and designing site mappings to relay to clients
2. Formally documenting design choices in the web development process
3. Conducting performance tests and monitoring, troubleshooting content issues, and optimizing for speed and scalability
— Create long-form HTML pages
— Generating WordPress themes and plugins
— Wireframing
— Applying responsive web design for all client websites (RWD is a frontend key-phrase)
— Building reusable code for future use
— Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
— Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design

Requirements:
1. Solid ability in both English written and verbal communication.
2. Required programming knowledge for HTML, CSS, JS, PHP
3. Able to develop ideas and processes, and clearly express them.
4. High degree of independent judgment.
5. Able to solve complex problems
