A bit about us...

We're talentstream.co - a global recruiting company. We work with US companies to help them hire full time employees in Latin America, The US and Asia.

About The Role:

Your job is to set appointments with potential new clients for our recruiters to close. You'll be responsible for creating outbound campaigns, prospecting, copywriting and sending/managing a large amount of outbound emails.

Here are some must haves:
- Must be good at copywriting and selling with words
- Must have excellent english writing skills
- Must have a high level of critical thinking skills
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Nice to have- understanding of tech and technical roles but this is by no means required.

What your day to day will look like:

Working on a remote team of recruiters/developers finding new clients for us to help recruit for. You'll work closely with the founder of the company and the recruiting team at talentstream. You'll be sending 100's - 1,000's of cold emails every week and setting up appointments for our recruiting team with new clients.
