We are looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team full-time! You'll be in charge of all things social media. We are wanting and needing to really grow our following across all major platforms, so we are looking for someone who is extremely comfortable with them, and keeping up with the ever-changing trends. Also, someone who already knows how to grow followers and will need very little to no training to make a big impact on our profiles and pages.

We are NOT into sending personal DM's to potential followers who did not ask to be messaged, so that will not be a task for you.

We have a ton of online courses, testimonial videos, and such for you to go through to find great clips for social media, as we all as two video editors who will help you create video content.

The hours would be on a US schedule, Mon-Fri starting at 8:00 am Pacific until 5:00 pm Pacific with an hour lunch, and 2 paid 15 min breaks.

We need someone who:

* Has a love for working with all social media platforms, and has a solid understanding of how to grow our presence and our followers
* Has a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Social Media Manager
* Has experience with creating reels, stories, etc.
* Is comfortable jumping right in and being self-sufficient
* Is very comfortable doing basic photo and video editing. Bonus if you have experience doing more advanced work with videos. (We do have a full-time video editor who is magical, and just brought on a 2nd one, so you will have help and support for videos that need a little something extra)
* Proficient at creating original viral ideas, not just copying others
* Has a backup internet plan (like a hotspot) if the internet goes down. Bonus if you have a back-up generator/battery if power goes out
* Has a positive attitude, takes feedback well, and implements things that you learn
* Is detail-oriented, and takes time to make sure things look great, not just thrown together
* Loves to give 110%, is interested in a full-time, long-term career, and growing with an amazing, positive team. Someone who always goes the extra mile, not someone who does just enough to get by
* Is comfortable working on TimeDoctor (similar to TimeProof)
* Is very trustworthy, honest, asks a lot of questions for clarity rather than guessing, is reliable, and will communicate with us right away if there are any issues, concerns, or questions
