Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Virtual Assistant with bookkeeping and marketing experience. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.
• Providing general support for accounting managers
• Supporting the Accounting team in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage daily calendar & schedule
• Create and manage daily/weekly task list (? Tiktik ?)
• Data Entry of expenses.
• Assisting with billing and collections
• Produce Reports for both the owner and for clients
• Send documents to clients following set processes and templates.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned
• Assisting with document retention, including scanning and the organization of physical and electronic documents
• Experience with Quickbooks Online, Sage, Excel, Dext
• 1-2 years of administration/coordinator experience
• 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Aptitude for numbers
• Proactive, ownership of duties and related projects
• Well organized with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• High level of confidence and ability to follow up with owner on tasks requiring completion
• Eager and willing to learn new and additional skills
Additional desirable skills:
• Experience and interest in Social Media management, graphic creation, and posting, and SEO
• Video and content creation editing and posting
• PDF worksheet creation
• Management of WooCommerce, Amazon KDP, Etsy, Fresh Learn and other sales platforms
• Personal tasks for owner as required
