You need to have the following requirements:
1. Experience as a CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
2. Experience in LISTING PREPARATION
3. Experience in TRANSACTION COORDINATION
4. Written and spoken ENGLISH FLUENCY

We are looking for someone with strong work ethic that can follow directions and communicate clearly.
