Duties and Responsibilities:
• Undertakes Financial planning interviews using structured presentation processes and fact find materials
• Analyze, prepares reports and present findings with recommendation for SLGFI products
• Complete application forms and attends to underwriting requirements
• Provides after-sales services
• Compiles production and activity reports
• Develops and maintains sound relationships with bank branch personnel
• Generates referrals for the bank from fact finding interviews
• Provides Marketing feedback
• Attends all Admin functions
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder, any field of study.
• Willing to do Field Work
• Willing to be assigned to different RCBC Branches
• Full-Time position(s) available.
Compensation: BASIC SALARY + ALLOWANCE + VARIABLE PAY + BENEFITS
