• Compile brokerage bid responses from various data points.
• Effectively communicate with procurement and sales departments to ensure the highest profitable win rate on brokerage business. (Contractual and Spot)
• Identify gaps or potential areas of vulnerability from a profit per load perspective.
• Develop and manage around a procurement percentage to market project that ensures that purchasing is in line with the overall market.
• Leverage organizational skills to manage multiple pricing opportunities and projects.
• Cooperation with business unit leaders to coordinate annual GRI activities
• Drive contract renewal activities to maximize both volume and profitability
• Monitor, update, and execute Pricing policies
• Identify and oversee the development of automation opportunities throughout the department.
• Make recommendations for, and manage, the development of next generation decision support tools
• Improve Pricing department employee satisfaction and engagement
