Build Ruby on Rails 7/ Tailwindcss / PostgresSQL web app for Medical clinic Operations

Hi!
This is a short (2-4 wk) term project. The selected Candidate will work on the app independently as a full stack Dev, during the first iteration / prototype.

Scope:
Build a functional prototype that allows any medical clinic to manage the following scenarios:
Customer onboarding process (clinical history)
Customer management
Products, services & procedure management
Clinic management (locations)
Doctor management
Appointments
Clinic inventory management
Clinic recurring services & subscriptions management
Dr office management
Suppliers & sup services management
Quoting, billing, payment interfaces & invoicing

The selected Candidate will work with our PM in order to identify missing requirements / user stories, pivoting from an existing backlog.

It is expected that the Candidate generate a revised backlog as well as database ERD, after reviewing the pre-existing scope.

Timeframe:
My expectation is to have a functional prototype ready for a BETA testing group in 3 to 4 weeks upon contractbased on the previously defined scope.

Front End:
As stated, Tailwindcss is the selected framework, our expectation in terms of front end is to have a modern easy to use interface with certain javascript or CSS effects, that enhance the UX without resorting to over minimalism.

Experience:
4+ yr developing production grade Rails responsive apps
Rails 7 using Hotwire / Turbo Frames / Stimulus
Tailwindcss is a must in order to standardize the front end / UI
Javascript
Database architecture using PostgresSQL
Jira knowledge is a plus
Lucidchart knowledge is a plus
GIT is a must

Communication & Collaboration:
We use Slack connect for day to day chat ops, and Jira for PM; however, we can adapt to other tools you might use in order to maintain concise / clear progress & communication.
