We are a creative agency from Korea and are searching for a project manager with the business mindset to grow this business together.

Question List (Please answer these questions otherwise I would not even consider you.)
1. Have you had any experience with Scaling the B2B business either agency or SaaS? (Please tell me the short story)

2. What lead generation do you do for the B2B Marketing process? (ex: Email marketing using Lemlist or Instatnly)

3. What project management tools do you use professionally?

4. Are you good at overseeing the details?

5. Do you consider yourself a Decision-maker?

6. Do you have experience managing a sales team?

7. How much do you care about achieving KPIs and Goals?

8. How good are you at motivating the team to work hard?
