General Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a General Virtual Assistant for USA based startup with opportunity for growth.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Around 8 AM - Around 5 PM MST (11PM - 8AM - Philippines time) - I am somewhat flexible with it.
WORK DURATION: Start with 20 hrs/wk during training period, then ramp upto fulltime - 40 hrs/wk
RATE & SALARY RANGE: Based on experience.

An ideal general virtual assistant will perform the following tasks:

SKILLS NEEDED:
- Good at excel
- Good at organizing multiple tasks and tracking them using tools like Trello or Asana (open to other tools)
- Excellent written English
- Good spoken English - be able to have phone conversation with customers & express your thoughts clearly
- Good at creating documents like instructions and SOPs.

EXPERIENCE:
- Must have minimum 5 years of experience working as an independent VA
- Experience with social media posts is a plus
- Graphics editing is a plus (Photoshop, Canva etc.)
- Food industry experience is a plus, especially if you have worked with delivery companies like DoorDash, Grab, UberEats etc
- Experience with tools like GoHighLevel/Zapier/ClickFunnel/ActiveCampagin/Mailchimp is a plus but not required.
- Good leadership experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree is desired

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Bank reconciliations (using spreadsheets and excel formulas)
- Calling candidates for interviews
- Doing research and document the outcome in excel and word
- Social media posts
