We are a successful real estate investment company purchasing different asset classes across the United States. We find property that we flip or keep as rentals. We are looking for a full time marketing specialist who can make outbound calls, also known as cold calls. We only want to work with rockstars, people who show up and are ready to exceed our high expectations. We don't care if you have no experience in real estate. We just want people who have great voices, and speak confidently.
American accents are the only thing that we cannot teach.

About the position
This is a commissioned sales position. If you are looking for a high hourly wage, this may not be a position for you. This is for someone ambitious, hungry to succeed, with good people skills and lives by our core values. At every position in our company we need to have a team that lives by our core values, we each depend on each other and need to trust that you are showing up as a professional. We need someone who is committed to excellence, performs well under pressure consistently and will be the person who is able to graduate to a promoted position as a lead manager, then being an acquisitions manager.

1. Great people skills. Experience cold calling is not needed, but we need someone who's a great people person, meaning you get along with different personality types.

2. Great listening and communication skills. Given that you will be talking to homeowners about selling their property you must be able to relate to the seller, hold conversations.

3. A go-getter, you should be driven to succeed financially. Always looking to help another client or person, or in our case, a homeowner.

4. Sound professional. Given the nature of this position of asking homeowners about their home, they expect the highest professionalism
so they can be comfortable and build their trust. You will be representing our company in offering to buy their house.

5. You must be someone coachable, personable, professional, and highly motivated wanting to be part of our growing team. Must be fun and love high-standard goals! Must be hungry to succeed, with the desire for more financially.

Qualifications
-MASTERY of English. Our clients (homeowners) expect to speak to Native English Speakers so you must sound like it
If that offends you, I apologize but please do not apply. You must have thick skin in our industry. We treat each other with kindness but sometimes the people we talk to may be harsh, and you must be able to handle pressure... which is a skill that can be learned.
-Must have 2-3 years of some relevant professional experience. (Customer service, sales, BPO, etc).
-Great communication & listening skills.
-Must have thick skin to deal with different personality types
-Commissioned sales background is strongly desired.
-Be willing to be coached.

We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you. This is a career. This is the opportunity to work your way up into management. Probationary period is 30 days.

During probationary period we expect that you are on time, communicate if you will be late or if there is an emergency.
Professionalism is the key to your career growth with us, and our success as a ---------- pensation:
Full time position. 1 hour lunch break. 10 minute breaks.
Weekends off.
Holidays off. Birthday off.

Training is unpaid (On average 3-5 days)
$4-5/hr. 40 hours a week. Weekly pay thru Wise
$200 bonus per deal closed, NO sales cap!
10 deals a month = $2,000
Paid directly through Wise (formerly transferwise)
