Are You a Reliable T-Shirt Designer?

I need a full or part-time t-shirt designer to design shirts for me. Only honest, hard-working applicants need apply. This means all your graphic assets used in your designs are 100% Commercial Use OK. I will need proof that you own the commercial rights to all assets used in your design graphics, fonts, etc. You need to be able to produce designs QUICKLY - think 20-50 a day. Think of Teespring as a baseline for design quality, but open to creativity. I have over 600 designs currently needed, and will possibly need 1,000s more so it should be steady work. Need to have GREAT English writing skills, cultural understanding, and to be able to learn what I like. Must have high integrity as a person and designer. I don't want to have to give 'notes' - I want the designer to run free. Just have to make each design good. Thanks.
