INVESTMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assist the general manager of the branch to formulate departmental business strategies and plans and implement them effectively
2. In accordance with business strategies and plans, be responsible for setting up business departments and business development management, urging department member to complete performance goals and achieve personal and departmental performance indicators
3. Responsible for leading the members of the department to develop middle and high-end costumers asset allocation consulting services
4. Provide professional knowledge and professional ability training and guidance to department members and implement supervision and assessment
5. Understand the daily work progress and customer service of department members and help members to find and maintain high-quality costumers
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Management/Finance
2. Familiar with Chinese
3. Those with relevant qualification certificates such as securities, insurance, funds or financial planners
4. Possess a wealth of professional financial knowledge, understand the development of the investment and wealth management market and have their own understanding and thinking about industry
5. Have a supervisory/managerial experienced in financial management bank for more than 5 years
6. Have a good communication and coordination skills, keen and quick market response ability, strong team management ability and teamwork spirit
