Operations Support

As a Operations Support, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations by building efficient runs, supporting drivers and customers, and removing bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Allocations
- Building Efficient Runs
- Asking for Work
- Adjusting driving runs accordingly to changes
- Quoting - Drivers & Customers

2. Drivers Support
- Supporting drivers with their requests
Resolve any issues which may occur
- Reminding drivers their booking times, site openings or specific request of the customers

3. Customer Support
- Respond to customer’s queries
- Follow up with the drivers ETAs
- Make bookings for drivers, follow up for paperwork needed.

4. Removing Bottlenecks
- Standard Operating Procedures, Building Systems, Etc
- Resolving issues at the root cause


We offer a competitive salary, an opportunity to earn a Christmas bonus and work overtime for more pay.
The schedule for this position is full-time (9am - 8pm New Zealand Time) and we are looking for candidates who can start ASAP.
