Recruiting Researcher - Full Time / Part Time

We are looking for a Recruiting Researcher for our Recruiting team. (We actually call it a Sourcing Specialist on our team but Recruiting Researcher generally explains it well). A sourcing specialist works 30+ hours per week for our team and spends their time each week on the following tasks:

- Researching to find potential candidates for our open roles
- Sending communication via email, text or other platforms to potential candidates
- Reporting results to their direct leader and tracking towards their goals
- Developing ideas to improve upon existing results
- Tracking data in our CRM and timekeeping
- 1on1 meetings with their leader
- Tea ---------- etings once per week
- Collaborating with our recruiters and administrative team regularly

Requirements:

- Strong administrative, and organizational skills
- Proactive, consistent, and positive approach to accomplishing daily tasks
- Ability to multitask effectively and to work with different online platforms/tools at a time.
- Good listener, follows directions well and can stay on task
- Driven with an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal English language skills


Package:

- Hourly rate depending upon experience
- Internal training and development
- There are both part-time (15-20 hours per week) and full-time (30-40 hours per week) opportunities available - most hours must be worked Monday - Friday during US Eastern Time Zone.
