Lister Partner for eBay and Amazon with quickly growing online sales company

I am looking for someone to partner with me and my assistant
to build my online sales business. My highest aspiration would be to find
a partner where we all worked well together and wanted to stay in business with me for a long time.
And I desire this be beneficial to everyone working which is why after a 90 day training and period, I am going to begin paying profit share of my eBay sales at 1% net profit to my committed contractor. I don't have a big bank roll, but I have a lot of merchandise to get listed on ebay. And I am growing my Amazon business, and preparing to develop mauiandsuns.com as well. That's why, even though I am starting this job at just 15 hours per week, I anticipate this could easily work itself up to a 30 or 40 hour work week if we work efficiently, and can get some money coming in! I have to start slowly, so I can afford to pay you consistently, but once we get a number of listings up and selling, that will no longer be an issue, and you can work all the hours you want!
It would be amazing if the applicant had prior experience that could help me in any or all of these things, but at minimum, the applicant would be doing the following:

Ebay and Amazon listing including but not limited to
Editing photos,
writing ebay and amazon listings
researching value
updating information on Google documents and skyping or emailing with me for meet ups to better optimize our work.
