ReactJS Developer

We are looking for an experienced ReactJS developer to join our team for an exciting tool that we are building. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, and ReactJS.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to develop a complex application using ReactJS
• Write efficient and secure code
• Work with Git and ensure version control best practices
• Use experience of web standards, accessibility, and how to optimize web performance
• Develop complicated UX/UI
• Create design system components
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality

Critical Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in ReactJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML & CSS
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of component, state, and props

Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience developing Firebase applications
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Experience developing a CRM, ATS or other HR Software
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing
• Experience with Chat GPT a bonus
