URGENT!! Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are looking for high-level appointment setters and agent recruiters to help the company by setting appointments with productive real estate agents. This person should have top-notch follow-up and relationship-building Upgrade to see actual infote: This is for Recruiting Real Estate Agents, not Human Resource type of recruiting.

GROWTH PATH: You will start as an appointment setter calling seller leads. We want you to grow and succeed.

($5.50-7:50 Per hour plus Bonuses)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable Internet Connection - at least 10 MBPS.
- Dedicated laptop or desktop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM.
- Noise-canceling Headset (REQUIRED)
- Backup internet connection
- Dedicated Home Office Set up - Free from Background Noises (dogs, roosters, etc).
- Seller Appt Setting experience is a must.
- Experienced in setting appointments with Real Estate Agents is a MUST.
- Industry knowledge - (Real Estate in the US)



SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Agent Recruitment or Appt Setter for Agent Recruitment (REQUIRED)
- Overcome objections
- Speak high-quality English and have high comprehension skills.
- Sales experience
- High touch follow-up skills
- Coachable - Open to feedback and can implement feedback given.

- Positive and high energy on the calls.
