This is a long-term position with opportunity for advancement. We're looking for a self-starter. Someone full of great ideas, but ready to show initiative and do good work.

You are not going to be bored, that's for sure! You must be someone who enjoys working for a variety of different clients and industries. DO NOT APPLY if you prefer to work in one industry or vertical. As a digital agency, we have a variety of clients that you will be involved with. Healthcare, boating and the outdoors, automated welding robots and many others.

Valeo is a small agency, so everyone on our team has a variety of responsibilities. Our team are all senior-level, who can do a little bit of everything. So, if you want to do more than just SEO or SEM, then this is the job for you. We'd love for you to learn more about marketing automation, or a programmatic advertising platform, or something else.

Even though you're experienced, we're going to support your professional growth with tools, training or software. Our goal is for you to learn new skills and develop as you work with us.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years working in an SEO or SEM role.
- Able to present some of your past project successes with analytics, screenshots or reporting.
- Full-time position ---------- freelancing or other client work allowed.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven SEO experience
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Experience communicating with a copywriter to ensure results
- Strategic thinking and effective planning
- Taking feedback and always looking to improve

OPTIONAL SKILLS (or rather, Desirable Skills)
- Banner Ads (either writing or designing them)
- GBP and local SEO expertise
- Programmatic advertising experience
- A/B testing
- Wordpress
- Landing page planning, creation or optimization

SALARY AND PAY
- The salary range for this position is Php 45, ---------- ,000 per month.
- Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience.
- We offer the 13th month bonus to employees who have worked with us for 6 months or more.
- This position is eligible for bonuses based on performance.
- Salary increases are given annually, based on merit.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
We are looking for a great, long-term employee. Which means that we want you to be successful! In addition to the base salary, we offer:
- An additional 2% will be included to cover the foreign transaction fees.
- After the 6-month probation period, we will cover 50% of your contributions for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG Fund.

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS
- This is a full-time position.
- Mondays through Fridays preferable.
- You choose your hours. Your schedule is flexible, as long as your work is being done well and on-time.
- We honor regular Filipino holidays, see next section on Paid Time Off.

PAID TIME OFF
Valeo does not track Holiday, Sick-time and Vacation. We use a Personal Time Off (PTO) policy for all paid days off. You do not accrue days off. You get them at the beginning of each calendar year. Also note that you will receive the Year 1 allotment on your start date, not after the 6-month training period.
- Year 1: [11] eleven days
- Years 2–3: [16] sixteen days
- Years 4-5: [21] twenty-one days
- Year 6+ [26] twenty-six days
