We’re looking for someone who’s really passionate about building funnels/websites & ads through presenting products and services digitally to consumers. This person would be responsible for helping the organization and its client(s) drive revenue through the creation and management of various online sales funnels/websites/online stores as well as ad accounts.

This role is waiting for someone who absolutely LOVES challenges. You will utilize your creative design & analytical skills to create new websites, and improve existing ones delivering best-practice end-user experiences, ensuring they’re innovative, fresh, engaging, and exciting, and also through drive sales through the roof!

This individual will be required to conceptualize & build funnels and websites from start to finish, set up marketing automation/digital product fulfillment, and assist in creating/managing various digital advertising campaigns, conceptualize create and manage ad campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing department. This person must be AN EXPERT FUNNEL BUILDER / WEBSITE DESIGNER with STRONG MEDIA BUYING EXPERIENCE. SuB-par work WILL NOT be accepted.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working directly with the CEO & Marketing Manager.

+ Drive digital revenue growth for the organization and its clients.
+ Conceptualizing, building, improving, and managing high-converting websites & funnels from start to finish - Including creatives (graphics & video) & website copy.
+ Conceptualizing, building, improving, and managing Ad accounts, Including creatives (graphics & video) & ad copy.
+ Increase overall client revenue through high-converting websites and ads.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team

REQUIRED Technical Skills & Experience
---------------------------------------------------------
To do this job, you’ll need:

+ Exceptional English Skills
+ Editing & proofreading experience.
+ A desire to stand out.
+ Ability to use communication and project management softwares like Slack, Monday, Google Suite, etc.
+ Highly proficient technical skills allowing you to learn new things and be open to new tasks and responsibilities.
+ Copywriting experience (Website copy & ad copy)
+ Multi-Media Design (Web creatives & ad creatives)

WEBSITE/FUNNEL BUILDER
+ Expertise in conceptualizing, building, and improving websites & funnels
+ Expertise in back-end integrations
+ Strong sense of Initiative; you’re always looking a few steps ahead to anticipate problems and find solutions
+ Strong understanding of solid design principles and UI/UX experience. Someone who can make good-looking landing pages that effectively convert visitors into conversions for lead generation.
+ Familiarity working with CRM's & Marketing Automation Experience with softwares such as Thrivecart, Kajabi, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Zapier, and other back-end integrations.

FB/INSTA MEDIA BUYER
+ Proven track record of successful Facebook marketing campaigns
+ Strong analytical skills and experience using Facebook Ads Manage
+ Managed a minimum of 50K$ USD in ad spend so far
+ Need to optimize ads and scale them profitably.
+ Writing compelling copy for the ads
+ Test, optimize, and scale Accounts.
+ Monitor campaign statistics, optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, and investigate traffic drops;
+ Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI);
+ Track the market for trends, opportunities, etc., and use that information to make recommendations;
+ Establish and execute new campaigns, follow-up, and measure, analyze the results and the effectiveness,
+ Short daily updates as well as a bi-weekly and monthly breakdown of ad accounts

At least 2 years experience with:
+ WordPress
+ WooCommerce
+ Shopify
+ Clickfunnels
+ Marketing Automation / CRM experience
+ Meta Ads Manager

PC/Laptop Specs Requirement:
+ CPU - i7 (minimum)
+ RAM - 16gb (minimum)
+ Graphics Card - Nvidia 1050/Other brand’s equivalent (minimum)
+ At least 100mbps Internet Speed

$800 Per Month + Bonuses To Start For Full-Time Work (40 Hours Per Week)
