Skills required:

• English writing proficiency (A MUST)
• Critical thinking and analytical skills (A MUST)
• Customer Service & Admin Support (Zendesk)
- Community Forum Moderation (Facebook Groups)
- Customer Support
- Email Support
- Social Media Moderation (FB, IG, Tiktok)

We are looking to hire someone who:
> Fast learner, critical thinker, has GREAT attention to detail, can follow instructions to the letter, tech-savvy and learns and adapts to changes fast
> can give 100% attention and dedication to the team, work with minimal supervision, and has INTEGRITY.
