Schlanger Law Group, a rapidly growing U.S. based consumer law firm dedicated to the representation of victims of identity theft and inaccurate credit reporting, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to aid the firm’s CFO and Director of Administration with daily tasks, including (but not limited to): bookkeeping, project development, scheduling, generation of reports, and more.
Position is a full time and 100% remote. The ideal candidate must have outstanding computer skills, including extensive mastery in bookkeeping with QuickBooks (online version – minimum three years of experience) as well as proficiency of advanced functions in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Additionally, applicants should have excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Potential employee must be able to work during our U.S. office hours. A short test in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Quickbooks may be required as a condition of hiring.
