Operations and Project Manager Needed - Growing Dance Academy (Salsa/Bachata)

Greetings!

Looking for someone who can both gracefully take charge of daily operations and lead the company forward into aggressive expansion this year.

I run the largest salsa and bachata dance academy in Los Angeles and am grateful to say that 2022 brought the most growth we had ever seen.

The result is that the team is expanding and it's time to bring A-Players on board to help fulfill the vision.  

ABOUT US:
We bring in adults who want to learn to dance, train them up from zero, and introduce them to the beautiful world of salsa & bachata.

OUR VISION:
• Become the largest salsa and bachata dance academy in the United States and bring the students more joy, and better dance training, than is available anywhere else.

THE ROLE:
• Lead aggressive expansion into other cities (we already have a strategy for how to do this quickly)
• Manage Los Angeles operations with a daily kaizen focus (look up this word if you're not familiar with it)
• Build an advisory board (no experience needed with this. Will show you how)
