Customer Service with a background in the Australian market

Main Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and transferring said calls through to appropriate support staff qualified to handle each type of call.
Enter a new lead into the Wrapp software.
Type up all quotes received and monitor all quotes typed up.
Daily meeting with the team for updates
Make follow-up calls to all typed quotes to ensure that the emailed quote has been received and ask the customer if they want you to book in the job to be done – ALWAYS.

Qualifications:

2 years + of customer service experience in an Australian market
Familiarity with popular suburbs in Australia is an advantage
Reliable internet connection with backup
Experience in using RingCentral
Amenable to working an early shift at 6 AM MNL Time.
