Senior Training Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Training Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the
delivery of training programs to pelotonRPM (communications coaching) and Watershed (negotiations training) clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with our instructional designer to ensure learning materials meet the needs of our clients
• Coordinate on-premise and virtual training sessions and simulation programs for our clients
• Define and document processes relating to the delivery of training programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning programs and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure materials are compiled in accordance with client needs
• Help us identify and onboard new instructors
• Maintain and update training records and documentation
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Qualifications:
• Seven+ years of experience in training and development, including developing and delivering corporate training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
• Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
• Experience evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Ability to work independently on a remote basis in line with U.S. business hours
• Strong project management skills
