ROLE:
We are looking for Creative Writers with expertise in researching and writing content to join our team


TASKS:
- Primary Task is to be responsible for writing reports and producing content for blogs, email, ebooks and workbooks
- Summarize and Rewrite articles provided to be original
- Research on identified topic such as Managing Remote Teams, Conflict Management, Negotiation, etc
- Write articles that are original based on findings from Research
- Write engagement emails for email marketing
- Work with Designer to produce final product of eBooks for lead generation
- Write Script of short videos for purposes of blog and marketing
- Write Reports for Consultancy projects conducted by company
- Write Proposals based on template provided


REQUIREMENTS:
- Mastery in command of English for effective writing
- Proficient in conducting research for specific topics
- Have own Computer with Internet connection
- Some working hours overlapping in Singapore Timezone


SALARY, PERKS & BENEFITS:
- 3 Months Contract Position with Option to Convert to Full-time
- PHP 18,000/mth
- Additional Bonus of PHP 18,000 at the end of 3mth Contact if meet expectations
- Option to Convert to Full-time Permanent Role at the end of 3 Months Contract with Full Benefits

PROCESS OF APPLICATION
We believe in ensuring the Right FIT for both you and iGROW, so we do not want to rush through the process. As such, we have a structured process of recruiting talent. There are 3 Rounds in our process:
First Round: Competency Fit
Second Round: Competency Showcase
Third Round: Culture Fit & Remuneration Package

We will guide you through the process. To commence with the FIRST ROUND, you will go through a mini “Test” online (we hate the word test, but it's the choice of word by the platform we subscribe to). It comprises 5 “Tests”, looking at your english proficiency, reading comprehension and copywriting skills. Just do your best!

Part of the “test” involves you creating a short video introducing yourself. This has the MOST weightage of all 5 “tests”. Do have your webcam and microphone turned on.
