BASIC REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE DEPENDABLE! WE NEED REAL WORKERS WHO WANT A STEADY WORK LIFE! Must speak/type good English. Must be willing to learn and be trained. We provide plenty of training (live and video and written) and we invest people who show that they are dependable and hard workers. Must have good/stable internet and workspace. Must be able to follow directions and immediately implement as instructed. Must have a very good knowledge level of SEO, and technical skills like on-page optimization, schema markup, and Wordpress website admin environment.

You MUST be a diligent, honest, hard-working person. We want hard workers who have a good knowledge of SEO and will work for the time they are paid for. All time worked is tracked via HubStaff.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Work on/within our SEO/Digital Marketing team as an SEO technician
• Work within a project management system and team chat
• Be organized and take initiative

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Wage/Salary Range: $40,000 - 55,000 PHP monthly
Monthly Salary Based On Experience that you can demonstrate and document
Performance Based Bonuses start after 90-day probationary term

• Will pay for 1st week, then on a bi-weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance
