Hello Friend, my name is Sebastian and i am the owner of a successful online marketing agency here in Australia.

We help local businesses with their online marketing and website creation projects. Until now i have been entirely responsible for calling all prospects and acquiring new business ---------- has now come to the stage that i would like to delegate this aspect of my business to a professional salesperson.

Male or female, young or old ;) i don't mind. Ideally, you will speak and write excellent English and
have had at least a few years of inbound and outbound calling ---------- is not essential but will be highly regarded if you have some understanding of how the Google ranking system works and a general understanding of the Google Adwords platform, SEO and some website design.

On commencement, you and i will work very closely together, until you and i have formed a basis and we are both happy with your performance.

You need not worry about scripts and deep product knowledge since you will be given scripts that you can use throughout this ---------- te: We don't want you to be ruthless or pushy to our prospects, no one likes annoying calls, and neither do ---------- stead, we prefer you to take a more conservative and consultative approach to prospect.

If this is done right, setting appointments for me won't be very hard.

So to sum up, your job consists of finding a prospective customer whom you will contact (we will give you a checklist to use when selecting them). You will call them, you will need to get through to the decision maker (this may take several attempts before you get to them, so regular follow-up will be needed). Once through you will get them interested on a "follow-up call" with one of our online marketing experts.

You will use our Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Professional to go through our hot leads to open a discussion.

What we need from you:

You will need to work from your home, it needs to be very quiet. you need to work hours that suit our Australian business work times, which are from 9 am to 5 pm AU local time (roughly).

Also, i should mention i expect you to document all your conversations made and their outcome in our CRM. I also want to get together with you every second day or so for about 15 minutes for a quick coaching call. This won't be forever, we may space these out, later once you get rocking and rolling.

Tools for the job:

You will be given a Skype line, with credits and all the information you need to get the appointment for us. We will also assist you in developing all scripts for this role, you can put your own personality and style into them (we are flexible).
