VA for busy wedding business based in Ireland: Well paid position

We are looking for a long term Rockstar VA. One of our VA's is with us for 4 years and is a rockstar often earning $1,300 per month - we're looking for another rock star to join her! Are you a rockstar VA? I want the best.

THE JOB
You will be responsible for managing a wedding band. There are 2 parts to the job:
1. Dealing with inbound inquiries
2. Fulfilling existing work

1. Using Zoho, you will process inbound inquiries and d ---------- what to do with these inquiries. This could be sending prospects to a sales event (showcase) or it may be simply getting them more directly towards a sale or it could be establishing a relationship, dealing with questions and hopefully that nurturing will lead to one of the above. Ideal candidate has experience bringing leads through a sales funnel and knows how to nurture.

2. You will be responsible for 6 musicians ensuring:
A: that the calendar entries are correct, checked and double checked and then finally triple checked.
B: Ensuring that you do the computations correctly and that every musician is paid the correct amount. If you can get A&B correct (which isn't difficult if you're clued in and have strong experience) then the rest of the job will be easy.

#2 is more important than #1 as we cannot have incorrect calendar entries nor can we have incorrect computations. This will seem easy as you read this but it can be stressful. I strongly suggest that you consider your experience. If you've done this before and have excellent experience then apply, if you're early stage, not very experiences this job is not for you. 3 VA's this year were not up to the job.

On the other hand, if you work hard, work well and are organised and communicative and a problem solver (not a problem giver) then you will be well paid. Every month we have a basic KPI in sales. for every wedding over this KPI, we pay $100 bonus for every extra wedding booked.

*Our proven VA's will often hit $500+ in bonuses on top of standard pay* Work hard and you are rewarded well. Standard pay is based off 6 hours/day including Saturday = $720 p/m

You need to have experience in the following:
- PROVEN experience in sales, sales nurturing ideally in a similar role.
- PROVEN experience in computations and have had computations as a job you previously had.
- Following SOPs to the letter and to apply these
- Calling customers in excellent spoken English - we provide you with number etc.
- Being a Top class communicator. Our current VA in this position 'looses connectivity' and often goes hours unresponsive....this is not good enough. We provide you with a Slack profile.
