Web Designer / Graphic Designer

We are a successful web design agency based in Australia with 10 Filipinos on our team. We are looking at expanding our Filipino design team so we need an expert web designer that has a proven track record with designing websites and has a keen eye for detail.

Your Skill Requirements:
• Must have 3-4 years minimum experience of creating business website designs that focus on conversions and user experience.
• Must have an understanding of marketing funnels for website design.
• Must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Must have a fantastic, highly creative, polished portfolio of web designs

Your Position Requirements:
• You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
• You will work from your own location.
• You must have fast & reliable internet connection & computer.
• You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
• You must be set up for Skype calls with our team and managers
• You must have a 100GB Dropbox account ($10 per month)
• You must be able to design 'High Converting' websites.
• You will work under our 2 design managers.

The salary for this position is PHP 40,000 p/month (PHP 10,000 paid weekly into your Paypal)

Full - Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm Filipino time)

The position will start with a fully paid 2 week trial period to see how well we work together. If your performance and talent is suitable we will offer you a permanent full time position.
