Guest Experience Associate

We are a growing short-term rental company operating in Canada and The United States; we seek experienced Airbnb/STR Hospitality Agents to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide our guests with exceptional hospitality.
- Communicate with guests via our PMS Guesty
- Answer inbound calls from existing guests with questions regarding their reservations or trip.
- Reach out to internal staff for solutions to immediate problems.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential guests and current guests.
- Assist/walk guests through the check-in process virtually.
- Review guest feedback and make adjustments/recommendations as needed.
- Coordinate with local teams such as handymen, contractors and cleaners for coordinate guests' requests.
- Process complaint resolutions on booking platforms when they occur.
- Refunds (Coordinating communication for approval to process refunds).
- Follow up with guests to ensure they are happy early in their stay not ---------- pensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
* You'll be working 10 hours a day (50 hours in a week)
* Must have experience in the hospitality industry and/or customer service industry
* Must have at least 1 year experience with Airbnb and/or other vacation rental platforms
* Must have a working computer and a stable internet connection
* Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
