We are seeking for full time converting copywriter to join us in the journey of improving the mental and physical health in the personal development and health supplements space. If you have great passion with copywriting, you have came to the right place to expand your skills.

We generated over 7 figures yearly for all of our brands and we focus heavily on direct response marketing. With that said, we are not the typical digital marketing agency and we don't take on any clients. Most importantly, we invest our own money for marketing promotion so you will get to learn the most to produce converting copy.

We started Individualogist in 2017 at a small office located in Singapore and it took us 2 years to grew to 7 figures revenue/year and in 2021, we d ---------- to start eden boost to work on breaking through more milestones as we hire more talented and driven individuals to build the brands together.

Most of our customers and activities are catered towards the US audience so it will be a very competitive space to be in and you have to spend a lot of time thinking about ideas on your craft to acquire the market share that are mainly based in the US although we sell worldwide as well.

We want to work with talents that are driven, passionate in what they do even if they are not working in a company, you simply just enjoy the process of copywriting even though it's challenging. You will still do what you do and will move out of your comfort zones to achieve bigger milestones together.

- You are generally a fast paced individual in nature so you can't stand to grow things slowly.

- You are motivated, love challenges and believing in making yourself better every single day.

- You are not just looking for remote work and believes in achieving bigger milestones by working physically with your team mates in the ---------- will be a hybrid working environment. Just not 100% work from home.

Of course we will offer multiple bonuses when we reach there and as our revenue grew, your salary + bonuses will grow as well. So it's a win win situation for all of us but of course it's definitely not easy to get there.

We do not want to work with talents that are always looking for more clients and see this as a part time job for you to ---------- order to get there, you need to put in the hours. Success doesn't come ---------- takes 10,000 hours to be good at what you do.

Of course salary will be fair to you as long as you have the capabilities to produce what we need and you must be willing to put in extra hours to get to where we want to be.

We do not want to work with talents that are always playing the victim's game instead of finding solutions to solve the problems. Always thinking about the hourly salary or time you commit in the job rather than focusing on the end goal which is to increase more sales with your copywriting.

You need to move and adapt fast to the pace that's required and always be generating new ideas on how can we capture the market share for the niche we are ---------- 's a challenging job but if you are really committed to us, we can see that and will pay you decently as well.

Working hours will be Mondays-Fridays, 10am to 6pm in Makati office. Address will be shared upon shortlisted.

Job scope:

• Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages). 3.2.1.

• Produce well-researched content for publication online.

• Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within dead-lines.

• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.

• Communicate and cooperate with the writing team, including the product manager, editors, design-ers, and web publishers.

• Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as advertising copy, websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic and use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.

• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies), Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services, and prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.

• .Proofread and edit blog posts before publication, submit work to editors for input and approval.

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles, promote content on social media, and identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).

Who can join us
• If you have at least 2 years experience selling any kind of products with your copywriting skills with at least 1% conversion rate for any types of media traffic.

• You are passionate and is great with copywriting and is keen to hone your skills even more.

• You enjoy challenges and this will be one of the most challenging task you will ever do since we will know the results instantly to see if the copy converts.
