Senior Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Manager with Good Copy Writing

Who we are:
Energy Stone, an established jewelry company since 1994, is seeking a Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Manager to join its dynamic e-commerce team.

Who we are looking for:
- Genuine and mature personality who sincerely cares for the well-beings of our customers, affiliates and their audiences
- High proficiency in written English and good command of the spoken language
- Strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in planning and building a community
- At least 3 years experience in influencer marketing
- A strategic thinker who is able to initiate conversations in the social groups and to generate interest in our brand. He/She should help cultivate the client community of the brand through customer messaging and social media groups.
- The Social Media Manager should get Energy Stone’s brand voice and understand our brand messages which form the basis of our community communication.

Tasks:
- Build the influencer community and communicate with their audience. The Manager will research and reach out to the influencers and build a working relationship with them. We expect fast growth in our influencer network and the numbers will be tracked.
- Create and upload social media posts including Instagram, Facebook, Tok-tok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Handle customer support and manage community communications on all our social channels
- A good team player, who co-ordinates with the graphic designer and identifies growth opportunity for the management.
- Manage the Facebook Group

Work hours:
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Remote/ Work from home at Canada daytime shift (EST)

US$800-$1200 per month
