We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic VA to support our growing accounting practice. We need someone who can help with day-to-day administration and organizational tasks and make sure that the business is well supported. In addition, we would like the successful candidate to manage the social media of the company to engage with existing and potential clients.
The role will include:
• Preparing letters to be sent to clients;
• Completing compliance checks over new clients;
• Online file management;
• Calendar management for the directors of the company;
• Developing and delivering the social media strategy for the company;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
The right candidate should have the following attributes:
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• The ability to problem solve and show initiative;
• Be able to work independently and communicate progress regularly with line manager;
• Show a passion for learning and self development;
• Be available during UK working hours (initially).
In addition, candidates should have the following professional qualifications and experience:
• Educated to degree level or higher;
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a virtual assistant;
• Be highly proficient with the following:
o Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
o Google apps for business;
o Adobe document reader.
