This job is an incredible opportunity to get involved with a Florida-based real estate company. This is for a part-time position for now but can be moved to full-time depending on the VA’s
QUALIFICATIONS:
•2+ years of VA experience working with a Real Estate company in the US is a must!
•Has experience in Real Estate tools such as TopProducer, Brivity, FollowUp Boss, KW Command, or similar CRMs.
•Proven experience in the growing social media accounts
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills that balance quantitative and qualitative thinking
•Can-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of a fast-paced environment
•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative
•Experience growing social media accounts
•Deep understanding of content strategy and the function of algorithms
•References from past Real Estate Client/s
•Must have work equipment ready and a dedicated workspace
•A minimum 20 Mbps internet connection with an internet backup option is a MUST!
•Must have a backup location in case of power
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Handle various administrative tasks (G-Suite and Microsoft Programs, data entry, database/email/calendar management, documentation)
•Help with Some Transaction Related Tasks
•Design for brochures, posters, flyers, and other materials for social media using (Canva or Adobe programs)
•Inbound and outbound calls (liaising with clients)
•Lead the creation, development, and execution of strategies for Social Media channels such as Instagram, TikTok,
•Own organic content generation, strategy, and execution
•Oversee and manage campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimization across the brand and social channels
•Recommend improvements for social media content and create details requests
•Remains up to date on new technology, platform enhancements, macro trends, and competitor activity to apply to strategic plans
•Work closely with the client to assure the quality of content and brainstorm new effective ways to advertise her real estate brand and properties
•Manage/Sort & Respond to
•Manage Monthly Drip Campaigns as well as create and monitor a wide variety of
•Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
•Testing and tweaking
•Gathering insights into the audience
•You must be able to keep track of:
The various rates of opens, clicks, and conversion rates + the number of
Engagement (identify and segment users based on engagement)
You must have previous experience in Real Estate, Social Media, and
