Role overview:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for managing email marketing operations on a weekly basis. This includes organizing data sets, scheduling email campaigns, tracking results, and reporting to the head of marketing. We are looking for an individual willing to learn and grow in the position as our email marketing efforts continue to play a vital role in the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Meeting with the marketing team to discuss campaign strategies
Preparing data for marketing campaigns
Uploading and managing contact lists on various CRM platforms
Scheduling email marketing campaigns
Collecting results and analyzing engagement patterns
Reporting to the marketing manager

Skills and experience:
Advanced English
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to manage and analyze data
Self-motivated and organized
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in email marketing is preferred but not required

Schedule:
8:00pm - 4:30am PH time, Monday-Friday
