Job Opening - Self-Storage Sales Consultants / Crew

StorageMart is a new self-storage company in the Philippines and is looking to open its first self-storage facility. We aim to become the front runners of the self-storage industry in the Philippines.

We are currently looking for people to join our Sales Crew. These persons are expected to possess the following characteristics:
1. Independent: Be able to work alone and with little or no supervision
2. Result Driven: Be organized with the required tasks and execute them diligently
3. Team Player: Be able to work cohesively with other facility staff
4. Customer Oriented: Be able to offer excellent customer service
5. Hard Working: Be able to work in extended hours and Saturdays, if required
6. Well Versed: Be able to speak fluent English and Tagalog

Daily responsibilities as a self-storage facility Sales Crew are as follows:
1. Provide excellent customer service by helping customers understand their needs and recommending the proper storage size for them
2. Assist reservation and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees and insurance and completing lease agreements
3. Ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready by cleaning units and undertaking other cleaning and maintenance tasks
4. Work as a team with the facility manager and other crew members to ensure all tasks are completed
5. Manage, verify, balance cash drawer

College Degrees are required. Candidates should also have a driver’s license.
