I am looking for a customer service team member to reply emails from ebay and amazo

I am looking for someone to answer my emails form ebay/amazon



We usually get anything from 100 to 300 emails a day, it can take about 1 hour to answer 100 emails.

A lot of the replies are set up, so a lot can be answered quickly but just the steps need to be followed and also we always want to make sure the messages are answered politely and in a timely manner



we are using replyco and linnworks, its quite easy to use them and training will be provided. You may also have to login to ebay/amz for some tasks

we usually expect the emails to be replied twice a day, any time zone
