Expert Chemical Engineer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the team of consultants commissioned to handle various specialties to ensure delivery of design drawings
-Evaluates all technical and bidding documents for risk exposures, and recommends necessary improvements to manage risk in the construction phase by recommending improvements
-Provide the required Terms of Reference, Employer’s Requirements, or Performance Specifications in coordination with end Users and/or other stakeholders involve in the CAPEX Project in accordance with specified quality, cost and time and acceptability as prescribed by the company

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
-Licensed Engineer ( Chemical or Sanitary Engineer ) with five (5) years’ work experience related to process design of water / waste water treatment plant design, and water sources facilities
- Advanced management or technical training preferred
- Good in planning, organizing, implementing and control
