Water project Engineer

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares detailed engineering design and all necessary technical bidding documents for CAPEX in-house and out-sourced projects in accordance with specified quality, cost and time frame and acceptability as prescribed by the company.
-Conduct Technical Evaluation of Bid Proposals by Consultants/ Contractors according to set requirements, performance specifications and/or terms of reference.  
-Provide the required Terms of Reference, Employer’s Requirements, or Performance Specifications in coordination with End Users and/or other stakeholders involved in the CAPEX Project.

QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
-Preferably Licensed Engineer (CE, ME or SE)
-At least with one (1) year work experience related to water/wastewater design
-Possesses analytical and technical competency related to job.
-Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software applications.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Autocad skill is an advantage.
