Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

*** Customers services.
*** Dealing with all calls. Professional, courteous, kind and assertively.
*** Communicating relevant information to internal and external customers.
*** Following the agreed processes, meeting required work standards.
*** Be a good member of a team.

Qualifications:

*** No required age limit.
*** Willing to work in shift.
*** Willing to multitasking.
*** At least High school graduate but some college is a plus.
*** Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
*** Must be computer literate and type at least 25 wpm.
*** Good communication skills.
*** With or without Call Center experience.
