We are looking to add a Customer Success Officer to complement our growing team.

Your role would comprise of the following:
-client contact via phone and
-answering support questions, building a knowledge base of our product to become a specialist over time
-helping our clients to use and access our system and get data into our system
-ensure support tasks are carried out in a reliable, timely and professional manner
-working with Microsoft tools
-working to create a supportive environment for our clients
-improving and maintaining existing client relationships
You are:
-excellent in verbal and written English
-thrive on great client outcomes
-well organised and have attention to detail
-are a team player but can work without being micro-managed
-have 3+ years of experience in other support based role
-looking for a long time employment with an Australian company
-are willing to learn
It's a bonus if you:
-knowledge of accounts like profit and loss and balance sheet
-any accounting, bookkeeping or finance background
