Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

We are looking for a full-time Accounts Manager to join our team.
You will be in charge of bookkeeping creating and reviewing financial documents and admin relating to accounts and production of owner statements.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist with a variety of industry skills in a fast-paced setting.


Accountabilities:
Handle month end closing, including journals, AP, AR, GL and financial statements
Review due bills, make payments and post these payments into the system.
Create and save deposits.
Reconcile bank and credit card monthly statements.
Review of financials to identify errors and make appropriate remedies.
Reconcile and categorize using QuickBooks online
Other ad hoc tasks
Create Process and System for maintenance of financial records – such as payment receipts.
Qualifications:
A background in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline; the capacity to multitask and prioritize. Familiarity with Quickbooks Online.


Quickbooks Online Experience is a must.
Airbnb or Similar Vacation Rental Experience is a plus but not required.

We are right next to Disney World and we manage vacation homes for homeowners. We rent these homes to guests who travel from all over the world. We earn money by maintaining the homes and finding guests to stay in the homes.
Most of our clients speak English and some speak Spanish or Portuguese. English is the language of our business.
