* SUPER Detail orientated - we’re talking CRAZY detailed!  People you’ve worked with in the past have told you that you’re extremely detailed.
* You own a reliable computer
* You have a high speed Internet connection
* You have a reliable smartphone (so staff can call you with questions or clarifications and so you can be in our online apps)
* You know that everything is Google-able and figure-out-able?* You are tech savvy – you can figure out how to use online tools fairly quickly.  Your friends come to you for help with technology and you’ve learned at least three new online or software tools in the last six months.
* You understand words like:  PDF, Jpeg, Dropbox, Google Doc, Hyperlink
* You’re not afraid to speak up to share your ideas on improvements to systems
* Following systems and protocols comes second nature to you
* You have a happy and positive disposition
