Video Editor and YouTube Channel Manager

BACKGROUND

Vocal Pockets is looking for a creative person to serve as a video editor and content curator for a YouTube channel.


JOB SUMMARY

The role will involve the following work:

- Generate images using artificial intelligence (we will train you on how to do this)
- Pair the images with songs that you find in a video that will be posted to YouTube
- Add titles, description, tags, end cards, and other relevant information to the YouTube video
- Create and add the applicable thumbnail (we’ll create standard templates that we’ll use)
- Promote the video on social media platforms, including commenting on other videos in the niche and posting the video in relevant Facebook groups and ---------- threads. We also have a social media scheduler that you can use to speed up your workflow.
- Support the growth of the channel

Detailed training will be provided for the role.

The work is remote, so you can do it in the comfort of your own home, with no long, draining commute :)

Additionally, we are flexible with your working hours/days. We’ll provide a deadline for the project and you can complete the project any time that works for you before the ---------- PENSATION

We estimate that a basic project (i.e., the work described above) will take ~1 hour to complete and pay starts at $6 per basic project.

For longer projects where the music mix will be ~1 hour, pay starts at $12.

We pay once the project is completed and can pay via Payoneer.

We are looking to produce 2-3 videos/projects a week.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


You must have fluency with English.

You must be detail oriented and diligent.

You must be responsive to emails that we send to you (respond within 24-48 business hours) and open to discussing the project over Zoom or similar conference platforms.

You must be a good problem solver.

You must be comfortable executing an agreement to reflect your contractor role.
