JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking an experienced customer service representative with telemarketing and social media marketing experience for our Digital Marketing Conference and Exhibition events.

Some of the Responsibilities include;
- Customer Service Inquiries (Email, Phone, Live Chat Support)
- Data Entry and Research
- Telemarketing
- Attendee Management (Event Door List, Delegate List Management)
- Exhibition Management (Management and Coordination for Exhibitors)
- Social Media Marketing
- Other Virtual Assistance tasks as needed
- etc.

Must be computer savvy and able to work long hours unattended in graveyard shift. Background working in Call Center for US Customer Service clients. Excellent in English Speaking and Writing skills.

Hours will be Monday to Friday: 8pm to 12am, 12am - 12:30am break, 12:30am - 4:30am, 4:30am - 5am break, 5am to 9am (Philippines time) Monday to Friday
