Bookkeeper Wanted for Two High Ticket Dropshipping Businesses

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team, a rapidly growing e-commerce company. We have two businesses that operate on the Shopify platform and we need a bookkeeper who can help us keep our financials in order. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Shopify platform and the Profit First method of accounting.

Weekly Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate financial records for both e-commerce businesses
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Generating financial reports on a regular basis
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Keeping up to date with tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in bookkeeping for e-commerce businesses
Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and the Profit First method of accounting
Must have experience with high ticket dropshipping, provide an employee's store you've worked with.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred
