Cold Calling | Sell Website Design/Re-build | Full Commission Pay ONLY

Hey there,

We are looking for a strong cold caller to hire on a full commission payment status, no salary or hourly wage will be paid. Your pay will be based on how many people you can call and close per a bi-weekly pay schedule. Determination and hard work will be huge factors in your success.

We are willing to hire multiple people for this role.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Must be willing to build and maintain sales lists and data.
- Must be able to email efficiently and respond in a timely manner.
- Must be willing to work during Canadian and USA business hours and time zones.
- Must be efficient in closing multiple clients per week.
- You will be expected to work together with me on honing sales techniques and scripts to help you be most successful in closing sales. My goal is to make you profitable and your success will come from actively improving your sales skills.
- You will be expected to communicate with me every week via Skype video call to check in on progress. This way I can get your feedback on your calls with clients and help you improve. May switch to bi-weekly as we work together longer. I will be there to support you through this.
- (Recommended but not mandatory) Must have basic knowledge of SEO for customer support.


What it will look like day-to-day:

** Phone calls: **

IMPORTANT NOTE: Phone calls must take place during Canadian and USA business and working hours time zones, this position cannot be calling companies when they are not open to accepting phone calls. This will be considered a night shift position based on the Philippines' time zone.

1. Your first phone call to clients will be using a short script offering a free service. The goal of this first phone call is to inquire if they would like the free video tailored to their business and confirm some details about their contact information.
a. If they say 'no', you will thank them for their time and move to the next phone call.
b. If they say 'yes', you will then gather the needed information and follow a brief script to prepare the customer for what happens next.

2. Email the customer the video free of charge.
- I will build this video for you once they have agreed to receive it.

3. Once you have sent the client a free video via email communication, you will then call them back the next day and ask if there is anything you can do to assist them with the free tips provided. The goal of this second phone call is to offer customer support in implementing the free tips provided and work towards closing a sale.
- This step is where basic SEO knowledge would help in the customer support you will have to provide.


** Weekly/Daily Tasks: **

- You will be expected to maintain the sales sheet using OneDrive Excel. It will help you keep track of the progress of each client and your communication with them.
- Must be proficient in phone & email communications to effectively complete this task.
- You will be expected to build your upcoming sales call lists with new client information.
- You will be trained on how to do this and where to look for the data.
- You will be provided with the niche and cities where to look for new clients.
- You will be shown which tools to use when doing research for new clients to add to the list.
- You will be given specific criteria of which clients to choose and which areas you should research based on the niche and cities requested.
- The first few lists have been built for you as examples and a starting point to begin making calls immediately.


** Training Provided (as needed): **

- Basic data entry skills
- Sales tracking information using excel.
- Building client lists to specific requirements.
- Use of tools required to build client lists.
- Some tools are free or paid for by me.
- 1 tool may be expected to be paid for by you. Open to discussion upon hiring.
- Cold Calling Sales
- Advanced training only, basic skills must already be established prior to employment.
- How to improve cold calling sales skills.
- How to improve sales closing techniques.
- Sales scripts, guides and tracking tools will be provided.
- Use of custom tracking phone number
- Use of app/website platform to complete international phone calls from a Canadian local number.
- Calls will be recorded for quality assurance.
- Calls will be recorded for review and improving sales closing techniques.
- Calls will be tracked via the app/website to show proof of the number of phone calls made per day.
