Customer Service Representative(Chinese speaker)

Recruitment position: Online customer service 10 people

job requirements:
1. Age requirement: 19-35 years old, nationality is not limited (foreigner is preferred);
2. More than 30 typing per minute;
3. Fluency in Chinese, standard Mandarin, strong language organization ability;
4. Have basic knowledge of computer operation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer difficulties quickly, enthusiastically and sincerely, solve customer problems professionally and properly, and introduce preferential offers to customers;
2. Possess strong execution ability, execute according to standard procedures, and be patient, meticulous, have excellent service awareness, and provide timely comfort and help when customers' emotions fluctuate;
3. According to the requirements of the activity, accurately distribute the activity bonus to the customer.

Salary: probationary period: 11000RMB, regularization 13000RMB, half a year plus 1000RMB (negotiable with experience)

Working hours: 12 hours, 1 month 1 Dayoff
