GHL (Go High Level) Tech Expert

About the role
We are looking for someone to run the technical side of our membership platform which uses the software Go High Level. The ideal candidate needs to be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, super detail oriented and organised.

An understanding of the Go High Level platform is a bonus but not required as full training is provided for the right person with the tech savvy skills we are looking for. If you have worked with software like click funnels and Wordpress it will be easy to pick up. We prefer someone with extensive experience in CRM platforms, stripe and automation.

Task also includes the following:

Manage admin and accounts
Setup automations
Create workflows
Set up SMS/email campaigns
Mailgun set up
Zapier set up
Twilio set up
Data collection
Set up appointment reminder template/sequence
Manage bugs and work with creators of the platform to troubleshoot and solve problems

We have an existing CRM platform that we are migrating to GHL so we need this candidate to be very involved with the migration process. During migration, part of the tasks will be moving across data, automations and campaigns.

Once migration is complete, you will be responsible for providing A-Z support in Go highlevel Platform.

Skills and Requirements:
Deep understanding and extensive experience in using similar software
Technology and systems savvy
Experience with CRM platforms
Understanding about campaigns and triggers in GHL
Have worked with tons of agencies and built their entire framework
Deliverability expert
Familiar with Twilio, Mailgun, Clickfunnels, ActiveCampaign
Effective and responsive in communication
Experience with data collection, collating numbers, and detailed reporting

This is a full time role and will require commitment to stay long term to be a very valued and important member of our team.

Salary will be based on your experience level and skill set between $13-16 AUD/hour.
